INTERESTING NEW YORK EXPERIENCE

I’m anxious to tell you of a recent Upstate New York trip. We learned so much history from visiting President F.D. Roosevelt’s home and the West Point Academy. We explored the St. Lawrence River and learned about the economic development in our country. The trip on the Erie Canal with its locks was a treat. Did you know that all 362.9 miles were dug by hand? That was in 1825 before heavy equipment was invented. What made the trip special was the new friends I made. Experiences enjoyed with friends make everything awesome.

Now that Fall is here, have fun decorating and thinking of selecting gifts. My new friend Vicky is reading Tiny Makes a Friend she bought for her niece while waiting for our flight home.

Don’t forget to enjoy the colorful leaves and the crisp air with your family and friends.
